 FAULTY GOODS

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please go to our 'Contact Us' form. 

To help us get this fixed for you ASAP, when you first contact us please include the following information;

-Your name
-Order number
-Product name and code
-Picture of the fault
-Description of the fault
(The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email).

When you contact us via the 'Contact Us' form please have an image of the faulty item ready for when you recieve a reply as you won’t be able to attach the image on the form just yet.

Refund or exchange will be done on the goods. 

Cost of item will be refunded in cases of faulty goods minus the cost of shipping by customer. 

 
RETURNS - 7 day full refund policy 

If you are not happy with the product. We will be happy to exchange for another size or item or offer you a full refund within 7 days of you receiving the items.

Please note, we cannot offer refunds on cosmetics and pierced jewellery or on swimwear and lingerie if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.

All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. You will have to pay for your own shipping costs to return the items to us and this fee will NOT be reimbured to you. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.

 
DELIVERY POLICY

Standard delivery 2-5working days from despatch.

Postage £3.99 for all orders under £60.00. Orders over £60.00 will be delivered for free. 

We aim to despatch goods next working day once payment has been received. 

We are ONLY shipping to UK at the moment. International shipping only available if payment made by Bitcoin, Litecoin or Ravencoin,
